Junior Classes

Children start in these classes when they are 5 years old.

Goals: Focus, Self-Control, Fitness, Self–Confidence, and Fun

Our Junior program’s purpose is to give kids a positive environment where they can grow. Classes challenge student’s fitness and martial art knowledge. Junior classes are full of drills and exercises that will keep students moving and improving. Each student will learn a form, one-steps, spar, and break boards with the focus on increasing a student’s coordination and body control. As progression is made, students earn stripes on their belt, which creates a goal creating and achieving mentality. The best aspect of the junior program is opportunity to make new friends and grow with them..

 

10-15 Year Old classes

For our older youth ages 10-15

Goals: Building on previous TKD knowledge, Focus, Self-Control, Fitness, Self–Confidence, and Fun

Our 10-15 year old classes provide a class that focuses on the learning style of older children and youth.  Classes challenge student’s fitness and martial art knowledge. All classes are full of drills and exercises that will keep students moving and improving. Each student will learn a form, one-steps, spar, and break boards with the focus on increasing a student’s coordination and body control. As progression is made, students earn stripes on their belt, which creates a goal creating and achieving mentality. The best aspect of the these classes is the opportunity to make new friends and grow with them in a competitive and challenging environment.
